How It Works
The Magnetic Float Level Transmitter is designed based on the Archimedes buoyancy principle. When the liquid level in the container changes, the float also moves up and down. Due to the magnetic effect, the reed switch of the float level gauge is magnetically attracted, and the reed switch assembly and the precision resistor are evenly fixed in the conduit to form a variable resistor circuit, so that the resistance in the sensor changes linearly. The converter then converts this resistance change into a 4-20mA standard DC signal output to achieve long-distance monitoring and control of liquid level. The smaller the distribution gap of the reed switch, the higher the precision and the more accurate the control.
According to the properties of the liquid, the material that is suitable for it can be selected.
According to the density of the liquid, different float balls can be selected to match it to achieve the best measurement accuracy.
