Supporting global common voltages (AC 110V/220V & DC 24V) and featuring low 3W power consumption, it is compatible with most industrial control systems. This rotary paddle level switch adopts a miniature low-power motor and precision clutch structure for accurate solid level detection. The paddle rotates freely at a constant speed when no material exists. Once blocked by bulk materials, the motor stops immediately, and the internal circuit outputs a switch signal to trigger level alarm or feeding stop control. Featuring good sealing, large contact capacity and overload protection, it adapts to long-term operation in various dusty industrial environments.
Control Circuit Switching Logic
The internal circuit switches signals synchronously with motor operation status, compatible with mainstream industrial PLC and automatic control systems:
- No Material (Normal Rotation): The paddle runs freely, keeping the COM-NC closed for system standby monitoring.
- Material Blocked (Alarm Status): Material resistance stops the paddle rotation. COM-NC disconnects and COM-NO closes to output control and alarm signals.
- Automatic Reset: When the material level drops and resistance disappears, the motor resumes rotation, and the circuit automatically resets to the initial monitoring state.
