Introduction

  • Our Electric Heat Tracing Magnetic Level Gauge is specially engineered for freeze-proof liquid level measurement in low-temperature environments. Designed to monitor liquid level or liquid-liquid interface, this heated magnetic level indicator suits water, aqueous solutions, crude oil and mixed oil that require constant heat preservation to avoid medium solidification and pipeline blockage.
  • This anti-freeze magnetic level gauge features sealed aluminium outer chamber with multiple float material selections including SS304, SS316L and Titanium to match various corrosive working fluids. It covers a wide measuring range from 300 mm up to 5500 mm, supporting extreme working pressure from -0.1 MPa to 25 MPa (Class1500) and medium temperature ranging between -40℃ and 120℃. It requires minimum medium density of 0.4g/cm³, while interface measurement needs density difference above 0.2g/cm³.
  • Available with vertical side-mounted or top-mounted installation, standard G3/4" electric tracing connection, standard R1/2" drain plug and regular vent ports. All process flanges, drain and vent configurations can be fully customized to satisfy unique on-site tank installation requirements for chemical, petrochemical and energy industries.

Key Features | Electric Heat Tracing Magnetic Level Gauge

1. Non-contact External Indication

The floating element submerges in liquid to detect level changes, while the outside magnetic display works via magnetic coupling without direct medium contact. This non-contact readout structure eliminates fluid leakage risks and reduces component wear, extending the service lifespan of the magnetic level gauge.

2. Thermostatic Controlled Electric Heat Tracing

Equipped with automatic temperature-sensing heating system powered by standard 220VAC. The heat tracing only activates when ambient temperature drops to the set threshold to stop medium freezing, cutting redundant power consumption and keeping consistent operational stability. It comes with G3/4" standard electrical port for convenient field wiring.

3. Outstanding Performance Under Extreme Low Temperatures

Optimized for frigid environments with ambient temperature ranging from -40℃ up to 85℃. Perfect for oil & gas fields, chemical processing plants and water treatment projects prone to liquid solidification. Optional 304, 316L or Titanium float plus customizable flanges accommodate various corrosive process conditions.
