Introduction
This 26GHz pulse radar level sensor series is specially designed for continuous level measurement of highly corrosive industrial liquids, including two optimized models: XYRD9001-NCR and XYRD9006-NCR. Featuring non-contact microwave measurement, it eliminates medium corrosion and contamination risks, maintaining stable operation in vapor and condensation-prone environments. Built-in automatic temperature compensation ensures consistent millimeter-level accuracy amid temperature fluctuations. Intelligent fault diagnosis and fail-safe output functions prevent measuring errors, while the smart false echo identification and rejection system filters internal tank interference signals effectively.
The two models cater to differentiated corrosive liquid working conditions for diverse on-site needs. XYRD9001-NCR adopts a compact PTFE rod antenna with thread and flange dual connections, covering a 0–20 m measuring range. It is lightweight and easy to install, ideal for conventional low-pressure corrosive liquid scenarios. XYRD9006-NCR is upgraded for harsh working conditions, equipped with a high-performance planar conical antenna featuring excellent anti-condensation and anti-turbidity performance. It supports a 0–30 m longer measuring range and withstands temperatures up to 150℃. With an ultra-small blind area far better than traditional horn antennas, it perfectly adapts to high-temperature, turbid and strongly corrosive liquid measurement.
Both models adopt 304/316 stainless steel + PTFE full anti-corrosion wetted parts and IP67-rated aluminium alloy housing with anti-corrosion powder coating. They feature explosion-proof design for hazardous areas, support 4–20mA HART / RS-485 signal output and 2-wire/4-wire DC24V power supply. Equipped with a local dot matrix display and programmable PC configuration software, the sensors deliver flexible operation, strong environmental adaptability and long-term maintenance-free performance for chemical industrial corrosive liquid monitoring.

Features |
The antenna is made of PTFE, which is suitable for corrosive environment, non-contact measurement, no pollution, small size, light weight and convenient installation. The rod length of conventional products is 100 mm \ 150 mm \ 200 mm. |
This product is mainly used for measuring turbidness liquid conditions, because the antenna form adopts a planar conical antenna, with good anti-condensation effect, the liquid surface is PTFE material, widely used in high temperature (220° below), strong turbidness conditions, the blind area has an absolute advantage over the horn antenna only (200mm). |

Q1: What is the difference between XYRD9001-NCR and XYRD9006-NCR?
A1: Both models adopt PTFE anti-corrosion antenna and share the same performance standards. XYRD9001-NCR supports thread and flange connections, with a measuring range of 0~20m, suitable for conventional low-pressure corrosive liquid scenarios. XYRD9006-NCR uses planar conical antenna featuring excellent anti-condensation and anti-turbidity performance, the measuring range reaches 0~30m, and it adapts to higher temperature and strongly turbid working conditions.
