With over 20 years developing industrial level instruments, our engineering team developed the XYRD9094-NCR 76~81GHz FMCW radar level transmitter to solve unstable measurement issues common on corrosive, steam-filled tanks in chemical and petrochemical industries, a frequent pain point of conventional level sensors.

Equipped with fully enclosed PTFE lens antenna and all-PTFE wetted parts, this radar transmitter resists acid, alkali and corrosive solvents. Its narrow 3° beam avoids disturbance from tank internals, delivering 0~60m measuring range with ±3mm accuracy and ±1mm resolution. Standard PTFE-lined stainless steel flange fits most tank openings, and custom process connections are available for special installation requirements.

It works steadily at -40℃~180℃ process temperature and -0.1~2.0MPa pressure, supporting 4~20mA+HART and RS485 output to connect DCS/PLC systems. Certified Ex explosion-proof and IP67 rated, it suits hazardous areas; onsite setting via LCD keypad or our dedicated PC configuration software. Aluminium alloy housing is standard, stainless steel housing optional for heavy corrosive ambient.
