Our FMCW Radar Level Sensor applies advanced Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave radar technology, featuring continuous frequency sweep and FFT spectrum analysis. Unlike pulsed radar that relies on single echo signal judgment, FMCW radar outputs stable continuous frequency difference signals, achieving stronger anti-interference, higher resolution and full-tank blind-spot-free measurement.
As a pure non-contact measuring instrument, it requires no contact with liquid, solid or slurry media, eliminating mechanical wear, adhesion and blockage failures. With ultra-narrow beam angle, high-frequency focusing and powerful low-dielectric medium detection capability, it works reliably under drastic temperature changes, heavy dust, floating foam and complex stirring conditions.
Available in three professional models for ordinary liquid, corrosive liquid and bulk solid material measurement separately, it provides targeted industrial level monitoring solutions for different process conditions.
