How It works
The working principle of a magnetic level gauge is that it is connected to the container, so the liquid level in the measuring chamber is the same as the liquid level in the container. A float with a magnet inside is installed inside the measuring chamber. The float floats on the medium, and the magnet drives the baffle of the indicating guide rail to rotate.
The float inside the measuring tube is a standard non-pressurized type, without magnetic or mechanical guidance. This design makes it safer than standard pressurized floats. Hadro can manufacture pressurized floats upon request. The appropriate float for this medium can be selected based on the following process conditions:
